Brief Individual Counseling Sessions typically involve 3-8 scheduled meetings done within50 minutes, each. These sessions are designed to allow you the chance to freely share your concerns in a confidential safe environment with a licensed caring professional counselor. You decide with the counselor’s recommendations your plan of action to address issues. As a team, you both create your counseling goals and decide the frequency of your sessions.
